Mr. Faust has 20 years of experience in the field of engineering design. As BIM Manager, he is responsible for the planning, design, delivery, and operation of assets. This includes, processes and policies to ensure there is collaboration, and best practices throughout the design and construction phases.

Earl has provided services for private and public sector projects, such as retail, commercial, medical, education from K-12 through university, housing from affordable, multi-residential and mixed-use, to high-rise luxury living. His experience also includes railway projects, for San Francisco Metropolitan Transportation Agency (SFMTA) and San Francisco Central Subway.

Earl utilizes a variety of software platforms to leverage management of staff’s productivity, time, and project deliverables, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam as the delivery method for submission of work both within the office and to clients. BIM tools and techniques to optimize MEP project design, production, and writing of RFIs. He possesses a strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings. Well versed in NEC codes, Title 24 energy codes, ADA and California Building Codes. Familiar with (P&IDs, & SCADA).
